Moj Dom / dev.silvercode.myhome Deletion resource

Delete your account

You can delete your Moj Dom account inside the app or submit a protected request from this website if you cannot access the app or want Silvercode to review remaining data.

Developer: Silvercode Last updated: July 23, 2026

Deleting Moj Dom removes the app account, not the Google account used to sign in. Never send a password, Wi-Fi password, payment-card number, or Google authentication token in a deletion request.

Delete inside Moj Dom

  1. Open Moj Dom and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Other, choose Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

If you own a household that still has other members, Moj Dom blocks account deletion. Delete that household first or arrange for the other members to leave, then repeat the account-deletion steps.

Request deletion without the app

Use the button above to open Silvercode's spam-protected contact form. Enter the same email address used for Google sign-in. The message is prefilled as a Moj Dom deletion request, and you may add any details needed to identify the affected household.

Silvercode may ask you to verify control of the sign-in email before acting. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. If a legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligation requires limited retention, we will explain what is retained and why.

What the in-app flow removes

  • Your Firebase Authentication account for Moj Dom.
  • Your primary Moj Dom user-profile document.
  • Your membership entry in the household member map.
  • Households you own alone, together with the directly managed household records that the current deletion flow covers.

Data that may remain

The current automatic flow does not cover every related record. A verified external request lets Silvercode review and delete or irreversibly de-identify remaining account-linked data, except limited records that must be retained for a legal, security, or fraud-prevention reason.

  • Content you contributed to a household that still has other members, including activity and author details needed for the shared record.
  • Household member notification-token records, invite records, and copies of profile details in collaborative content.
  • Photos uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage and nested trip-item records that are not removed by the current automatic flow.
  • Rounded weather-cache entries, which are not stored with a Moj Dom account ID and currently have no automatic expiry.
  • Provider service logs and deleted information in backups. Google states that deleted Firebase Authentication data may take up to 180 days to leave live and backup systems.
  • Firebase Installation identifiers have a separate lifecycle. The current in-app account flow does not explicitly delete the installation identifier, so it can remain until separately deleted or expired under the provider's process.
  • Limited records that Silvercode must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.

Delete individual data without deleting the account

Moj Dom provides controls for deleting many tasks, shopping items, notes, routines, bills, plans, trips, and other household records. Some shared history or uploaded storage objects may require a verified request. Use the same protected form, explain what should be removed, and keep your account active.
